About Lydia Jia
Lydia brings a warm, soothing, and compassionate presence to her work, and finds deep fulfillment in walking alongside others through life’s challenges. She believes therapy is both a journey of walking with clients and a place of transformation, and she holds faith that there is power for growth and healing within each person’s life. Lydia is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way. Lydia’s practice is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems. She has experience supporting clients from diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds as they navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, spirituality, and cultural adjustment. With gentleness and care, she seeks to meet each person where they are and to journey with them toward growth and healing. Outside of her work, Lydia treasures time with her family, friends, and cats. She also enjoys reading and running, which help her feel grounded and refreshed.
